Acorn (End of the 18th Century)

These traditional decorations were created in the ceramic boutiques of Faenza between the end of the 1700’s and the beginning of the 1800’s, always in sets made up of many pieces.
Bottega Ferniani set this motif with neo-classical lines and tastes, maintaining it up to the middle of the 1800’s.
The decorative motifs of Ferniani include festoons, garlands and meanders and are distinguished for their rare elegance, typical of the taste of the most rifeined bourgeoisie.

The Ministry of Culture has recognized the Padovani Majolica Stamp of Origin and Quality: a prestigious award that very few shops in Italy receive.
